WARSAW -- Major Allen Kornegay, 67, died Monday at home.
A memorial service will be held tonight at 7 at Fellowship Church of God in Rose Hill.
He was born Nov. 22, 1942, in Duplin County to the late Major Kornegay and the late Clara Mae Foss Kornegay.
He is survived by his wife, Barbara Louise M. Kornegay of the home; two sons; and a daughter.
Community Funeral Home of Warsaw is handling the arrangements.
