Margie Annette Tomlinson Turner, 74, of Wilson, died Wednesday. Funeral services will be conducted at 7 p.m. this evening at Joyner's Funeral Home, 4100 Raleigh Road Parkway. Graveside services will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday in Evergreen Memorial Park. The Rev. Foy Houston will officiate.
The family will receive friends tonight at the funeral home immediately following the service and at other times at 6822 Jaycross Road, Fremont.
She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and a member of Watery Branch Free Will Baptist Church.
Mrs. Turner is survived by her husband, Harold Braxton Turner; a daughter, Teresa Gail Turner Coty and husband, Doug; a son, Larry Braxton Turner and wife, Sue, all of Fremont; twin granddaughters, Kimberly and Kristal Coty, granddaughter, Melissa Turner and fiance Mike McHenry and a grandson, Tyler Turner.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Thaddeus and Hazel Pridgen Tomlinson, and a brother, Arthur Tomlinson.
