CLARENCE BYNUM
Jan. 12, 1924-March 4, 2010
O death, where is thy sting? O grave, where is thy victory?
"The sting of death is sin; and the strength of sin is the law.
But thanks be to God, which giveth us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.
Therefore, my beloved brethren, be ye stedfast, unmoveable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, forasmuch as ye know that your labour is not in vain in the Lord." I Cor. 15:56-58.
Our Heavenly Father, in His infinite wisdom, summoned Deacon Clarence Bynum, 86, of 111 Patetown Road, to eternal rest Thursday at Wake Medical Center, Raleigh.

The triumphant home-going service will be held Tuesday at 11 a.m., at Greater Guiding Star United Holy Church with Elder Joseph Williams officiating. His mortal frame will be laid to rest in Wayne Memorial Park.
