STUART M. SHINN
Died Dec. 16, 2009
Greenville -- Stuart MacDonald Shinn, 76, died Wednesday.
A memorial service will be conducted Saturday at 3:30 p.m. at Wilkerson Funeral chapel.
Mr. Shinn was a native of Clarksburg, West Va., and had been a longtime resident of Greenville.
For more than 40 years, Mr. Shinn owned and operated Stuart Shinn Electrical and Plumbing Inc.
Surviving are his wife of 34 years, Lorraine Green Shinn; daughter, Gena Lorraine Shinn and grandson, Christopher Stuart, of the home; daughter, Kimberly Shinn-Simpson and husband, Dr. Jeffrey Simpson, and granddaughters, Olivia and Julia, all of Durham; and friend and employee of 50 years, Doris L. Stokes of Greenville.
The family will receive friends tonight from 6 to 8 at Wilkerson Funeral Home.
