William Joseph "Bill" Barber, 65, died Monday morning at his home.
The funeral will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday in the chapel of Parrish Funeral Home in Selma, with the Rev. Ralph Hill officiating. Burial will follow in Fellowship Church Cemetery.
He was born Dec. 2, 1943, in Johnston County to the late Charlie and Cassie Starling Barber.
Surviving are his wife, Brenda Phillips Barber; a son; a daughter; a stepson; and two stepdaughters.
Visitation will be from 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
