Died Sept. 30, 2009
Aileen Futrell Parks, 99, formerly of Grantham, died Wednesday.
The funeral will be held Saturday at 2 p.m. at Selah Christian Church, with the Rev. Dennis Pollock and the Rev. Patrick Muston officiating. Burial will be in Hillcrest Cemetery.
She is survived by her sons, Max Graham and Mary Futrell of Goldsboro, Glenn E. and Phyllis Futrell of Raleigh and E. Lamont and Francis Futrell of Wilson; grandchildren, Jan Futrell, Max Futrell Jr., Glenda Berry and Katherine Eatmon; and five great-grandchildren.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home tonight from 6 to 8 and at other times at the home of Max and Mary Futrell, 4418 Stevens Mill Road, Goldsboro.
