Vonell Kornegay, 72, of 4283 Hwy 111, in the Albertson Community, died Thursday at Lenoir Memorial Hospital Kinston.
Funeral will be 1 p.m. Monday at Bethany FWB Church, with pastor Aaron Jarman officiating. Burial will follow at Oakridge Memorial Park, Pink Hill.
He is survived by his wife, Robbie F. Kornegay, and five children.
Visitation will be from 2 to 7 p.m. today, with the family present to receive friends from 6 to 7 p.m. at McIntyre Funeral Home Ministries.
The family will receive friends at other times at the residence, where they will also assemble in preparation for the funeral procession.
