HUBERT CORDER

Hubert Corder, 70, passed away Monday afternoon at his home surrounded by his family.
A service to celebrate Hubert's life will be held Friday at 10 a.m. in the chapel of Seymour Funeral Home, with the Rev. Barry Williamson officiating.
He was born in Cumberland County, Ky., on Dec. 9, 1938, to the late George K. Corder and Ola Riddle Corder.
Hubert served his country in the United States Air Force during the Vietnam War.
Hubert is survived by his wife, Margaret Corder; his daughters, Jackie Kennedy and husband, Kevin, of Lansing, Kan., and Jenny Carroll and husband, Todd, of Goldsboro; his sister, Georgia Burke of Pinetown; his brother, Wayne Corder and wife, Phyllis, of Churchhill, Tenn.; and three grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to The Preston Robert Tisch Brain Tumor Center at Duke, Box 3624, Durham, NC, 27710.
The family will receive friends Friday following the service at Seymour Funeral Home.
