MSgt. Vernon Wayne Keziah, 57, of 1203 East Walnut St., died Sunday at the VA Hospital in Durham.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Thursday at the Hamilton Funeral Chapel with the Rev. Timothy Dortch officiating. Burial will follow at Wayne Memorial Park.
A viewing will be held tonight from 6 to 7.
Mr. Keziah is survived by his wife, Shirley M. Keziah; one son, Calvin W. (Paula) Keziah; two daughters, Debbie (Ben) Brunson, Diane (Clarence) Casapini; three sisters, Wanda Lucas, Judy (James) Fields and Brenda B. Ross; four brothers, Ed (Jerri Ann) Young, Richard Young, James (Nancy) Freeman and Vernon Paul (Gloria) Keziah Jr.; nine grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; and other relatives and friends.
Hamilton Funeral Chapel is serving the family.
