REV. GLENWOOD BURDEN
Died April 9, 2009
"For I am now ready to be offered, and the time of my departure is at hand.
I have fought a good fight, I have finished my course, I have kept the faith:
Henceforth there is laid up for me a crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous judge, shall give me at that day: and not to me only, but unto all them also that love his appearing."
In profound sorrow, the McIntyre Funeral Home Ministries staff joins the Burden family to announce the death of elder Glenwood Burden Sr.
Elder Glenwood Burden Sr., 62, 1001 N. Center St., entered into eternal rest Thursday morning at his residence.
Elder Burden, an associate minister of St. Joseph Free Will Baptist Church, was an anointed evangelist and Bible teacher. He was the founder and chief executive officer of Gospel Perspective Ministries, Inc. and the author of "Spiritual Dimension" workshop books.
