Cloyce "C.L." Lee Creel, 81, died Tuesday in Hubert.
The funeral was at 2 p.m. Saturday at Bryant Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Mike Gray officiating. Interment was at Pineview Cemetery in Seven Springs.
He is survived by his wife, Eleanor "Polly" Creel; three children; and five stepchildren.
In lieu of flowers the family asked that memorial contributions be made to Chosen People Ministries, P.O. Box 210489, Bedford, Texas 76095-7489.
