Catherine Canaday, 76, 116 Hillsboro St., Mount Olive, died Tuesday at Sunbridge care and rehabilitation in Mount Olive. Her life and service to her Lord and mankind will be celebrated Sunday at 2 p.m. at St. Mark Baptist Church, Mount Olive, with the Rev. Levion Troublefield officiating. Burial will follow in Carver Memorial Park.
Precious memories are treasured by her siblings, Lillian Oliver and Joseph Kornegay of Mount Olive; and a host other loving relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held Saturday from 2 to 6 p.m. with the family present to receive friends from 5 to 6 p.m. at McIntyre Funeral Home Ministries, Mount Olive.
The family will receive friends at other times at 322 Thunder Swamp Road, Mount Olive, where they will also assemble in preparation for the funeral procession.
