PENNIE H. GRADY
Died Feb. 12, 2009
WINSTON-SALEM -- Pennie Hill Grady, 70, formerly of Seven Springs, died Thursday Feb. 12, 2009. She was born in Lenoir County to the late Ernest and Eliza Hill.
Funeral services will be held today at 3 p.m. at Seven Springs Baptist Church with the Rev. C. Elliott Hill officiating. Interment will follow the service at Pinelawn Memorial Park.
She was a member of Calvary Baptist Church of Winston-Salem, and was a retired registered nurse with Wake Forest University Baptist Medical Center. She was preceded in death by a sister Lois Hill Dail; brothers Kermit Edgar Hill, Marion Ray Hill and James Darrell Hill.
Mrs. Grady is survived by two daughters, Deborah Grady Parker and husband, Alan, of Winston-Salem, and Karen Grady Parrott and husband, Craig, of Oxford; two sons, Dennis Frederick Grady and wife, Madonna, of Myrtle Beach, and Timothy Leon Grady and wife, Robin, of Columbus, Ind.; brother, the Rev. C. Elliott Hill; seven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
The family will receive friends for one hour prior to the funeral service today, and at other times at the home of the Rev. and Mrs. C. Elliott Hill, 8391 Hwy. 55 W., Seven Springs.
