RONALD R. MALPASS II
Died Feb. 7, 2009
Ronald "Ronnie" Ray Malpass II, 25, passed away Saturday, Feb. 7, 2009, at Wayne Memorial Hospital after a courageous battle with cancer with his family by his side.
Ronnie is survived by his father, Ronald Ray Malpass of Goldsboro; his mother, Deborah Stafford Smith and husband, Jimmy Ray, of Dudley; two sons, Christian Lance Malpass and Kaydn James Haire; two sisters, Heather Lee Malpass Poythress and husband, Doug, of Lucama and Sierra Marie Malpass of Rosewood; two nephews, Michael Dylan Malpass and Jadin Poythress; his paternal grandmother, Marie Malpass of Goldsboro; and his maternal grandfather, Wilbert Leon Stafford Jr. of Goldsboro.
He was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Ray Vernon Malpass and his maternal grandmother, Jean Stafford.
The family will receive friends Wednesday from 10 to 10:45 a.m. with the chapel service following at 11 a.m. at Howell Funeral Home and Crematory in Goldsboro. Dr. Jack Sauls will officiate. Burial will follow at Wayne Memorial Park.
The family will receive friends other times at the home of his uncle, Mike Stafford, 201 Ellington Way in LaGrange.
