Ms. Lydia McKassie, 82, 323 Lancaster Road, Pikeville, died Monday at Lenoir Memorial Hospital.
A celebration of life for Ms. Lydia McKassie will be held Sunday at 2 p.m. at Jerusalem Free Will Baptist Church in Seven Springs with Elder Anthony Davis officiating. She will be laid to rest in Jerusalem Church Cemetery.
She was born July 13, 1926, in Duplin County to the late George and Martha Kornegay. She was the widow of the late Edward McKassie.
There will be a wake held Saturday from 6 to 7 p.m. at Rhodes Funeral Home, Goldsboro.
Arrangements are being handled by Rhodes Funeral Home, Goldsboro.
