LOUISE G. SUITER

ROCKY MOUNT -- Louise Grady Suiter, 90, passed away Monday.
Funeral services will be held today at 11 at Englewood United Methodist Church with the Rev. John Wenberg officiating. Burial will follow at Pineview Cemetery in Rocky Mount. The family will receive friends at the church one hour prior to the service.
Louise was born Aug. 17, 1918, in Seven Springs to the late George E. Grady Sr. and Bettie C. Griffin Grady. She was preceded in death by her husband, A.H. "Herbert" Suiter; their daughter, the Rev. Margaret N. Suiter; and a brother, George E. Grady Jr.
Louise was a resident of Alterra House in Rocky Mount and a member of Englewood Methodist Church. She graduated from Jasper High School and started her nursing career in New Bern and earned her RN in 1941, at Parkview Hospital School of Nursing in Rocky Mount. She retired from nursing and taught Health Occupation at Northern Nash High School.
She is survived by her brother, Richard M. Grady and wife, Clara Grady, of Goldsboro; two nephews and three nieces.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Englewood United Methodist Church or a charity of choice.
