HAZEL M. AMMONS

Died Jan. 26, 2009

CLINTON -- Mrs. Hazel Marie Carter Ammons, 76, 105 Peanut Lane, died Monday at her home.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 3 p.m. at Holly Grove Holiness Church with the Rev. Randy Simmons, the Rev. Ricky Jacobs, the Rev. Roscoe Emanuel, the Rev. Ken Simmons and the Rev. W.L. Ammons officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.

Mrs. Ammons, born in Wayne County, was the daughter of the late Freddie Carter Sr. and Ellia Faircloth Carter, and was the widow of Elmer Ammons.

She is survived by five children.

The family will receive friends tonight from 7 to 9 at Holly Grove Holiness Church, 1519 Indian Town Road, Clinton, and other times at the home.
