RALEIGH -- Ellen "Jane" Smith Bailey, 71, died Wednesday at her home with her family.
The funeral service will be held at noon on Saturday at Bay Leaf Baptist Church, 12200 Bayleaf Road, Raleigh. Friends may visit with the family one hour prior to the service.
She was born in Belfast to the late David and Inez Smith. She was the wife of the late Terrell Bailey.
She is survived by one son.
Arrangements are being handled by Bright Funeral Home and Cremation Center.
