MARSHALL PATRICK JONES AND DORIS SPRY JONES
A celebration of life service for Marshall Patrick Jones and Doris Spry Jones will be held Sunday at 2:30 p.m. at Shumate-Faulk Funeral Home.
Pat and Doris Jones were longtime residents of Golds-boro. Mr. Jones owned and operated Jones Pontiac-Cadillac for many years and was a member of the Golds-boro Golden Kiwanis. Mrs. Jones was an avid bridge player and a Silver Life Master in the Goldsboro Bridge Club. She was a volunteer at Wayne Memorial Hospital for over 20 years. Pat and Doris would have been married for 59 years in August and will be together for eternity.
They are survived by two sons, Mike Jones of Goldsboro and Rick Jones of Irmo, S.C.; a daughter and son-in-law, Becky and Jimmy Falk; seven grandchildren, Justin Jones, Caroline Jones, Joy Uzzell, Brant Uzzell and his fiancée, Erica Letchworth, Ryan Jones, Carrie Jones, and Michael Jones.
