FAISON -- Marie Hill Vernon, 78, of 1035 Taylor-Town Road, died Friday morning at her home.
Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m. on Monday by the graveside at Wayne Memorial Park. Officiating will be the Rev. Paul Rose.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Raymond Rudolph Hill and Sula Blanton Hill, and her husband, E. R. Vernon.
A son survives.
Arrangements are being handled by Tyndall of Mount Olive.
