LaGRANGE -- Harold Gordon Pollock, 80, of LaGrange, died Friday evening at his home.
A service of remembrance will be held Sunday, Nov. 30, 2008, at 3 p.m. at Rouse Funeral Home with the Revs. Scott Hardy and Leon Grubbs officiating.
Mr. Pollock was the son of the late Fred and Edna McDaniel Pollock. He was a member of Jason Presbyterian Church and Woodmen of the World and was a retired livestock farmer.
Mr. Pollock is survived by his wife of 62 years, Sadie Hardy Pollock; son, Harold G. "Harry" Pollock Jr. and wife, Lynda, of Raleigh; daughter, Becky Wade and husband, Randy, of Snow Hill; four grandchildren, Mark Pollock and wife, Megan, Bryan Pollock, Rebecca Wade and Will Wade; one great-grandchild, Calyn Taylor; and two brothers, Kenneth Pollock of New Bern and Clifton Pollock of Trenton.
