Lila Annette Fleming Green, 55, 191 Piedmont Airline Road entered into eternal rest on Friday at Pitt Memorial Hospital.
A homegoing service will be held Saturday at 1 p.m. at the St. James Church of Christ Disciples of Christ in Fremont with the Rev. Mark Sutton officiating. Burial will follow in Hooks Grove Church Cemetery in Pikeville.
She leaves a legacy of loving memories for her husband, Dennis Green of Romulus, Mich.; a loving daughter, Denasha Walker of Westland, Mich.; two brothers, Dexter Yelverton and Michael Yelverton both of Goldsboro; two sisters, Lisa Fleming and Sherita Hamilton, both of Goldsboro; one grandchild, A'Janea Walker of Westland, Mich.; two uncles Floyd Fleming and Melvin Yelverton both of Goldsboro and two aunts.
Visitation will be held Friday from 2 to 7 p.m. with the family present to receive friends from 6 to 7 p.m. at McIntyre Funeral Home, 900 S. George St. The family will receive friends at other times at the residence where they will also assemble in preparation for the funeral procession.
