Joeann Bostick Ault, 84, a resident of The Pines, passed away on Friday, Nov. 7, 2008, at Wayne Memorial Hospital.
A service to celebrate Joeann's life will be held Sunday at 3 p.m. at Love Memorial Baptist Church with the Rev. Richard Toler officiating.
Joeann was born in Mecklenburg County on Sept. 27, 1924, to the late Joe Bostick and Ruth Roberts Bostick. She was married to the late Russell S. Ault Sr. Joeann had worked as a secretary for the United States Navy in Washington, D.C. She was a charter member of Love Memorial Baptist Church.
Joeann is survived by her son, Russell S. Ault Jr. of Marshall; and her sisters, Dora Ferger of Wilmington, Jean Worrell of Goldsboro and Flo Heim of Portland, Ore.
The family will receive friends in the fellowship hall following the service on Sunday.
Arrangements are with Seymour Funeral Home and Cremation Service.
