HARVEY JACK QUINN

Harvey Jack Quinn, 61, passed away Thursday at Wayne Memorial Hospital. Mr. Quinn was born in Wayne County to Dixie Mitchell Quinn and the late Henry Fonzo Quinn.
A funeral service will be held in the chapel at Shumate-Faulk Funeral Home on Monday, Nov. 10, at 2 p.m., with Bishop Charles Stanley and Bishop Larry Hunt officiating.
In addition to his mother, Mr. Quinn is survived by four sisters and brothers-in-law, Barbara Tart and Fred Hamilton of Smithfield, Lois and Jim Lambert of Mesa, Ariz., Sadie Quinn of Goldsboro, and Doris and Rafael Morales of Goldsboro; two stepbrothers, Harvey Quinn and Jimmy Quinn; one stepsister, Mattie Mitchell; his dog and best friend, Lady; special friend Joyce Robertson and her family; numerous nieces and nephews, and many beloved friends.
The family will receive friends on Sunday, Nov. 9, from 7 to 9 p.m. at Shumate-Faulk Funeral Home.
