JOPLIN, Mo. -- Mr. Randall Whaley, 64, passed away Wednesday morning in Joplin, Mo.

A memorial service will be held Saturday at 1 p.m. at Word of Faith Church in Keanansville.

Randall was born Oct. 9, 1944, in Keanansville to Robert and Lucinda Whaley. Randall took Sue Jacobs as his wife on Nov. 25, 1981, in Goldsboro. He and Sue lived most of their lives together in North Carolina while residing in Commerce, Okla. for the past four years.

Randall was as evangelist and loved to preach. He enjoyed fishing and farming as well.

Although he is no longer with us, his memory and legacy will be kept alive through the family and friends he leaves behind, which include his wife of 26 years, Sue Whaley; five sons, Mark Harris and wife, Polly, Robbie Whaley and wife, Carol, William Hudson, Eric Hudson and Joshua Whaley; two daughters, Connie Houston and husband, Jerry; Jamie Lynn Whaley; five brothers; five sisters; 15 grandchildren; and one great-grandson.

His parents and one brother preceded Randall in death.

In lieu of flowers, please make a donation to Word of Faith Church, Meslyn Road, in honor of Randall Whaley.
