PIKEVILLE — Fannie Woodle Howell, 96, 200 Collingwood Drive, died today at home.
The family will be meeting at the home of her daughter, Lynda Ivey, 211 Byant St., Fremont.
Funeral arrangements are incomplete at Shackleford-Howell Funeral Home in Fremont.
