Bettie Hines Simmons, 59, 811 N. Center St., died Sunday at Wayne Memorial Hospital.
Her huband Larry Simmons and four Children survive.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Thursday at St. James African Methodist Episcopal Zion Church. Burial will follow at Old Mill Cemetery.
Visitation will be on Wednesday from 2 until 6 p.m. at McIntyre Funeral Home Ministries of Goldsboro. The family will receive friends at 704 Pittman St. where they will assemble in preparation for funeral procession.
