BALTIMORE -- Rosa Atkinson Kelly, 72, formerly of Goldsboro, died on Tuesday.
Funeral services will be held on Monday at 11 a.m. at Huber Memorial, 5701 York Road, Baltimore.
She is survived by one sister and one brother.
