Martha Cook Carter, 45, 114 Kevin Drive, died Wednesday at her residence.
A memorial service will be 7 p.m. Wednesday at Seymour Funeral Home Chapel.
She was employed with Beverage Transportation and a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
Surviving her are a daughter, Amanda Hestand of Selma; three grandchildren, Landon Hestland, Ryan and Kailey Hormsby.
Mrs. Carter was preceded in death by a daughter, Deana Marie Carter.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home following the service.
Arrangements are being handled by Seymour Funeral Home and Cremation Service.
