Christopher Scott Padgett, 34, 931 Greenfield St., died Monday at his home.
The funeral will be Saturday at 2 p.m. at Pink Hill Funeral Home with the Rev. Paul Rose officiating.
Mr. Padgett is preceded in death by his brother Charles Keith Padgett.
He is survived by daughter, Heather Nicole Padgett, of Durham; stepdaughter, Britiany Frost, of Durham; son, Joseph Keith Padgett, of Durham; parents, Sharon Foss and husband Raven, of Mount Olive, Charles Padgett and wife Mary Ann, of Warsaw; sister Rene Holland, of Faison; brother, Roger Dean Padgett, of Mount Olive; stepbrothers, W.R. Roberts, of Grantham, Craig Roberts, of Goldsboro, Glenn Cashwell, of Warsaw, Chester Foss, of Dudley, Ray, of Faison; nephews Kendal and Alan Holland, of Faison; and great-niece Cheyeen Holland, of Faison.
Arrangements are being handled by Pink Hill Funeral Home.
