MARY S. BARTLETT

Mary Smith Bartlett, 84, died Monday morning at Wayne Memorial Hospital.
Graveside services will be held Tuesday at 4 p.m. at Evergreen Cemetery.
She was born in Wayne County to the late James D. and Lula Pate Smith and was married to the late A.L. Bartlett.
She was preceded in death by a daughter, Margaret Pender.
Mrs. Bartlett is survived by one daughter and son-in-law, Mary Ellen and Richard A. Smith of Goldsboro; four grandchildren, Terri Smith, Joni Williams, Gary Smith and Michele Woodard; and four great-grandchildren, Seth Woodard, Micah Woodard, Taylor Williams and Tyler Williams.
The family will receive friends Tuesday from 2:30 to 3:30 p.m. at Shumate-Faulk Funeral Home.
