Eleanor Uzzell Shepard, 74, of 1121 Olivia Lane, died Sunday, May 25, 2008, in Wayne Memorial Hospital.
She will be remembered during a funeral service Saturday at 11 a.m. at the Greater Guiding Star United Holy Church. She will be laid to rest in Wayne Memorial Park
To cherish precious and sacred memories she leaves three daughters, Alicia Shepard, of the home, Carol Denis Trotman of Goldsboro, Felisha Shepard-White of Atlanta, Ga.; a son, William Bill Darring of Goldsboro; five grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren
Visitation will be from 2 to 6 p.m. Friday at the McIntyre Funeral Home Ministries in Goldsboro. The family will receive friends at the residence and will assemble there in preparation for the funeral procession.
