Dorothy Jean Best Gibbs died Tuesday, May 20, 2008, in Kindred Hospital in northeast Philadelphia, Pa.
The wake will be at 9 a.m. Tuesday, May 27, 2008, at Kaighn Avenue Baptist Church in Camden, N.J. The funeral will follow at 10 a.m.
She is the daughter of the late Nora Best.
She is survived by three aunts, Ruby Niel Barfields, Queen Esther Swinson and True Miller Thompson, all of Goldsboro.
