J. ALVIN LEE

MOUNT OLIVE -- Johnny Alvin Lee, 53, 415 Albert Grady Road, died Thursday at Wayne Memorial Hospital.

Funeral services will be held Sunday at 4 p.m. at the Albertson Ward of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints where he was a member. Presiding will be Bishop Hugh Harper. Interment will follow in the Dail Family Cemetery.

He was a native of Lake City, Fla., and had been employed in the maintenance department at Georgia-Pacific Corp. and more recently at Deans Foods.

He was Scout Master of Boy Scout Troop 746 in Albertson.

Alvin is survived by his wife, Lee Ann Brock Lee of the home; three children, Jeremy Lee of Mount Olive and Jennifer Lee and Jacob Lee, both of the home; his parents, Johnny Alex and Myrtle Summers Lee of Dudley; a brother and sister-in-law, Earl and Bebe Lee of Sanford; three sisters and brothers-in-law, Teresa and Mik Sutton of LaGrange, Denise Burroughs of Dudley and Karen and Jeff Moody of Dudley; and numerous nieces and nephews. He is also survived by his father-in-law, Marsden Brock of Seven Springs, and his mother-in-law, Fannie Lee Brock of Jacksonville.

The family will receive friends at the church Sunday for one hour prior to service time and at other times at the residence.
