KINSTON -- Elizabeth Anderson Chase, 101, died Monday at Kitty Askins Hospice Center.
The funeral will be held today at 7 p.m. at Rouse Funeral Home with the Rev. Gurney Chase officiating. A private burial will be held at the Rollins Family Cemetery.
Mrs. Chase was born Dec. 9, 1906, in Pitt County to the late Lawrence Richard and Nettie Fussell Anderson. She was wife of the late Gurney Chase.
She is survived by five children.
The family will receive friends following the service today and at other times they will be at the home of Elizabeth Pittman, 1507 Waverly Ave., Kinston.
