CHARLOTTE -- James Rudolph Waters, 60, 6813 Plaza Road, formerly of Wayne County, died Saturday, May 17, 2008, at his residence.
He was the husband of Leora Sauls Waters of the home.
He was the son of the late Eddie B. Waters Sr. and Rossie Waters. Also, he was the brother of Esther L. Lewis of Washington D.C., Eddie B. Waters Jr., Barbara W. Best and Rossie W. Bell of Goldsboro.
Funeral arrangements are incomplete and Mr. Waters' professional service has been entrusted to Gries' Funeral Home of Charlotte.
