DAVID W. HENNESSEE

FAISON -- David Wayne Hennessee, 47, died Friday, April 25, at Johnston Memorial Hospital in Smithfield.

A service of remembrance will be held today, Sunday, April 27, 2008, at 3 p.m. at Tyndall Funeral Home Chapel in Mount Olive. The Rev. Roger Horne will officiate.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home following the service, and at other times friends are welcome to their home, 304 East Mary and Elias St. in Faison.

David was an independent truck driver, a member of Faison Presbyterian Church, and was a graduate of North Duplin High School.

He is survived by his children, Chris Hennessee, Sabrina Hennessee, and Tony Hennessee, all of Faison; a special friend, Virginia Sue Johnson of California; his parents, William L. "Bill" and Bobbie Hennessee of Faison; three sisters, Noleen H. Tucker and husband, Bobby, of Faison, Sharon Hennessee and husband, Louis Turrentine, of Moncure, N.C., and Sandra H. Tucker and husband, Linwood, of Lexington, S.C.; and two brothers, Lester L. Hennessee and Ronnie E. Hennessee, both of Atlantic City, N.J.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial gifts be made to Faison Presbyterian Church Building Fund, P.O. Box 160, Faison, N.C. 28341.
