LAURA H. SAULS

Laura Huffman Sauls, 63, of 1415 E. Ash St., died Wednesday morning at Wayne Memorial Hospital.
Laura was born in Wayne County to the late James Leonard Huffman and Maggie Deans Huffman. She was married to the late Marvin Sauls. Laura formerly worked with Winn-Dixie in the MarMac Community and attended Mount Carmel United Methodist Church.
Funeral services will be Sunday at 2 p.m. at Seymour Funeral Home with the Rev. David Hollowell, the Rev. Willard Hardison and the Rev. Al Sullivan officiating. Burial will follow in Wayne Memorial Park.
A loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and sister, Laura leaves to cherish her memory her children, Tammy Thornton and husband, John, of Goldsboro, J.C. Sauls of Goldsboro, Eddie Sauls and wife, Ann, of Goldsboro; her sister, Sarah Malpass and husband, George Lloyd, of Whittier, N.C.; her grandchildren, Elizabeth, Abigail, Emily, Jenna, Noah, Allan, Crystal, Ashley and Kimmy; her great-grandchildren, Teianna and Devon; and several brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews.
In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Jim Huffman.
The family will receive friends Saturday from 7 to 9 p.m. at Seymour Funeral Home and other times at her son's, Eddie Sauls, 128 Country Run Lane, Golds-boro, N.C.
