ST. ALBANS, N.Y. -- Lawyer McPhail, 81, of 187-06 120th Ave., Apt. 6-F, formerly of Wayne County, died Sunday in New York.
Funeral will be 1 p.m. Saturday at McIntyre Funeral Home Ministries, Goldsboro. Burial will be in Wayne Memorial Park North, Goldsboro, with visitation 7-8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
