Evelyn Chadwick Whitfield, 80, of 900 National Drive, died Monday at Wayne Memorial Hospital.
Eight children survive.
Funeral will be 11 a.m. Saturday at Greater Guiding Star United Holy Church. Pastor Joseph Williams will officiate. Burial will be in Elmwood Cemetery. Visitation will be 2-6 p.m. Friday at the funeral home. Family will receive friends at the church 10-11 a.m. Saturday.
