John Edward Rogers, 73, of Rose Landing Place died Friday at home.
Burial will be held with full military honors at Cape May Courthouse Veterans Cemetery in New Jersey.
He was born July 24, 1934, in Philadelphia, the son of the late Joseph and Gertrude Rogers.
He is survived by his wife, Betty M. Rogers; and three children.
Howell Funeral Home and Crematory in Goldsboro is in charge of arrangements.
