ELNORA 'ELEANOR' SINGLETON

Elnora "Eleanor" Singleton, 82, of 202 S. Oleander Ave., died Wednesday at Kitty Askins Hospice Center. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Retha Borden Kornegay.
She will be funeralized Sunday at 2 p.m. in the McIntyre Funeral Home Chapel with Apostle D.L. McIntyre officiating. Burial will be in Elmwood Cemetery, Goldsboro.
Warm memories will be cherished by her great-niece, India Rhodes Vaughn and husband, Anthony, of Clayton; great-nephew, Michael Vaughn and wife, Shantel, of Goldsboro; brothers, Howard Vaughn Jr. and wife, Lyetta, of Hampton, Va., Edward Vaughn Sr., and wife, Annie Pearl, of Goldsboro; brother-in-law, Richard Kornegay of Goldsboro; nephews, William Vaughn and wife, Sadie, Larry Vaughn and wife, Anita, Thomas Vaughn and wife, Myrtle, Edward Vaughn Jr., all of Goldsboro.
Visitation will be 2-6 p.m. Saturday with the family present to receive friends from 5 to 6 p.m. at McIntyre Funeral Home Ministries, Goldsboro. The family will assemble at the funeral home Sunday at 1:45 p.m. in preparation for the service.
