John Earl "Po Bill" Rowe, 76, of 2401 Wayne Memorial Drive, died Saturday at Wayne Memorial Hospital.
Funeral will be 1 p.m. Friday at McIntrye Funeral Home Chapel, Goldsboro. Burial will follow in the Old Mill Cemetery. Visitation will be from 2-6 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
