ROSE HAMILTON GRANT

Rose Hamilton Grant, 62, went to be with her Lord on Saturday at Wayne Memorial Hospital surrounded by her family.
Rose was born in Johnston County to John Thomas Hamilton of Smithfield and the late Martha Johnson Hamilton. She was married to the late Reuben Edward Grant Jr. Rose had worked with the Social Security Administration for 34 years and was a faithful member of Faith Free Will Baptist Church.
Funeral services will be held on Tuesday at 11 a.m. at Seymour Funeral Home Chapel, with the Rev. Dann Patrick and the Rev. Morris Page officiating. Burial will follow in Sunset Memorial Gardens.
In addition to her father, Rose is survived by her children, Todd Hamilton Grant of Jarvisburg, Brian Grant and wife, Nichole of Pensacola, Fla., Terri Anders and husband, J.P., of Goldsboro, Tim Grant and wife, Crystal; and six grandchildren.
Flowers are welcome or memorials may be made to the National Breast Cancer Foundation, 2600 Network Blvd., Suite 300, Frisco, Texas 75034.
The family will receive friends Tuesday from 10 to 11 a.m. at Seymour Funeral Home and other times at her home, 126 Livingston Drive, Goldsboro.
