Jimmy Lee Butts, 59, of 1187 Arrington Bridge Road, died Friday, Feb. 1, 2008. Jimmy was born in Wayne County to the late Willie Arthur Butts and Lena Potter Butts. Jimmy worked in lawn care and as a mobile home escort. He graduated from Charles B. Aycock High School and enjoyed yard sales.
Funeral will be held Monday, Feb. 4, 2008, at 7 p.m. from Rouse Funeral Home. Interment will be Tuesday at 11 a.m. from Snow Hill Cemetery.
Jimmy is survived by two brothers, Willie Butts and wife, Gail, of Seven Springs and Ronnel Butts and wife, Debra, of Goldsboro; daughter, Jennifer; and two nephews, Travis Ray Butts and Willie Hugh Butts.
The family will receive friends Monday following the service and at other times they will be at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Ronnel Butts, 158 Forest Knolls Road, Goldsboro. Online condolences may be expressed at www.rousefh.com. Arrangements are with Rouse Funeral Home, LaGrange.
