WASHINGTON, D.C. -- Memorial services for Bobby Lee Hall, 58, were held 10 a.m. Tuesday at Shiloh Baptist Church, Washington, D.C. with Minister Thomas Bowens officiating. He was born in Wayne County to the late James and Ruth Hall.
Two children survive.
Arrangements were handled by Pope Funeral Homes of Forestville, Md.
