HAZEL W. CASEY

Hazel Marie Whitley Casey, 83, formerly of 1700 S. Slocumb St., died Thursday evening at Kitty Askins Hospice Center. Born in Wayne County, she was the daughter of the late Wesley and Clyde Daniels Whitley and wife of the late Lonnie Casey Sr.
Funeral will be 11 a.m. Monday at Shumate-Faulk Funeral Home, with the Rev. John Hill officiating. Burial will follow in Wayne Memorial Park.
She is survived by three sons.
In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be directed to the First Free Will Baptist Church Endowment Fund, 604 E. Ash St., Goldsboro, N.C. 27530.
Visitation will be 6-8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
