LaGRANGE -- Carol Hill Hardy, 66, of 109 Club Road, died Friday, Jan. 18, 2008, at Kitty Askins Hospice Center. Mrs. Hardy was born in Greene County to the late Ollie and Emma Wooten Hill. She was preceded in death by her husband of 43 years, Charles Edward Hardy. Mrs. Hardy was a member of Community Baptist Church and had volunteered with the American Red Cross and the LaGrange Arts Council.
Funeral will be held Monday, Jan. 21, 2008, at 7 p.m. from Rouse Funeral Home. Interment will be Tuesday at 11 a.m. from Fairview Cemetery.
Mrs. Hardy is survived by a daughter and son-in-law, Cindy and Richard Smith of Goldsboro; son, Tony Hardy of Harrisburg; and a grandson, Austin Smith.
