Jeffrey Pearson, 44, formerly of Wayne County, went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, Jan. 1, 2008, at Grand Blane Rehab and Nursing Center in Michigan.
He is survived by his devoted father, Johnnie Pearson Sr.; his wife, Sarah; three brothers; three sisters; and a host of nieces and nephews, cousins and other relatives and friends.
Funeral will be 3 p.m. Monday at Keathern Missionary Baptist Church in Harrells, with the Rev. Harvey Robinson officiating. Burial will follow at the Keathern Missionary Baptist Church Cemetery.
Public viewing will be from 1 to 7 p.m. Sunday at Hamilton Funeral Home Chapel in Goldsboro. The family will receive friends at the home of his father, 2814 Ridgecrest Drive, Goldsboro.
