Evelyn Roche Cline, 73, died Wednesday at Smithfield Manor Nursing Center in Smithfield. Born in Ruppersdorf, Germany, she was the daughter of the late Paul and Ida Roche.
Three children survive.
Memorial service will be 3 p.m. Sunday at Sharon Baptist Church in Smithfield with the Rev. Christopher Ingram officiating. Visitation will follow the service at the church.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Sharon Baptist Church, 116 Britt St., Smithfield, N.C. 27577.
